Worst disasters

The New York Times wonders if the Gulf Spill is the worst environmental disaster ever. It's worthwhile to put things in perspective to think back on some of the huge disasters of the past. The Dust Bowl lasted a decade and caused huge numbers of people to migrate out of the mid west. The Jonestown flood killed 2,200 people.
