Pay Cap

The $500,000 pay cap for executives at firms receiving federal aid actually seems reasonable to me. While I agree that it is wrong for the government to tell private companies what to pay their employees, these firms are taking federal money so it's only appropriate that there are some requirements for them to get the money. The executives lead these companies to ruin and there most be a lot of out-of-work MBAs from the various failed banks and Investment funds who are looking for work, even at the paltry sum of half a million so I don't think it's much of a hardship. If it creates a disincentive for companies not to accept government money, so much the better.
